We are extremely happy with our new home and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build a house. The quality of workmanship throughout the construction process was excellent, and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Michel was outstanding to work with. He provided valuable guidance and support throughout the purchase and building process. The entire team is helpful, available and kind whenever needed. From start to finish our experience was positive and we could not be happier. Thank you to Michel and the entire team for our new dream home!

Bought a house. Solid build but finishing details and specs lacking. Paint on door hinges and light switches. Corners and ceiling looked rushed. 200a service on online spec sheet but only 100a on spec sheet provided. Seemingly proactive but no follow ups. Would buy again but with caution and a professional pdi.

We closed on our new home in Limoges with TMJ Construction today, and overall it has been a very positive experience. The team was easy to work with, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.
A special thank you to Michel for all your assistance — your professionalism and guidance truly made a difference.
We would definitely recommend TMJ Construction to anyone looking to build or purchase a home. We’re looking forward to moving in and are hopeful that the transition to our new home in Limoges will be just as smooth as the experience so far.

I had an excellent experience with this builder from start to finish. The quality of the home they delivered exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work. Everything was completed with great attention to detail.

What really stood out was the customer service after delivery. Anytime I had a question or needed something addressed ( minor touch ups or repairs), they were very easy to reach and responded quickly.

On top of that, the whole team is genuinely friendly and great to deal with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

I’m very happy with my home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable builder who stands behind their work.

Michel, thank you to you and your fantastic team.

I moved into my home in August 2025. The whole process was very stress free. From being shown the model, to picking out pretty much all my finishings then to the move in. I was shown two models but ultimately landed in the white rock townhome. Now because this is a new build (50k) was to be put down upon signing however I was in a position that I could do this. Once purchased I had several meetings to pick out my finishings. We basically went through every part of the home and I was able to upgrade if I wanted. That being said some of the standard finishings are quite nice. The standard lighting is high quality. Michel was very communicative throughout the whole process and explained everything to me in detail. So far I have had only minor very fixable issues ie. loose door handle, loose footing and some separated caulking however the company is very quick to respond and come to fix it almost immediately. I am extremely happy with my purchase and love my new home. I highly recommend Tmj for your new home purchase.
